Classes Suspended until 2nd December 2020

Dear Parent,

We hope you and your loved ones are doing well.

We are getting in touch to let you know that in light of the government’s recent announcement, sadly we will be suspending our classes across all of our venues from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December 2020.

We will continue to review guidance from the government as it is released, so if there are any changes to the above, we will contact you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please read below answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Are classes still running?

It was recently announced that England will be moving into lockdown from Thursday 5th November, and as a result, regrettably our venues must temporarily close from Thursday 5th November to follow the restrictions. We understand that the lockdown is for 4 weeks until Wednesday 2nd December, which is when we hope to reopen our classes.

2. What does this mean for my membership?

Your November Direct Debit has been collected on 1st November. We have been unable to stop it due to the late notice of the announcement, so you will have already paid for the month of November even though your venue is temporarily suspended.
As a result, you will not be charged for the month of December when our centres will hopefully reopen.

There is no need to cancel your Direct Debit.

3. When will you reopen classes?

It is our understanding that the restrictions will be lifted on Wednesday 2nd December. We, therefore, hope to reopen our doors then. You will not be charged for your first month back.
