1. Term:
The term of a 6 Month Plan, shall be 6 months from the date of your first monthly instalment and shall be subject to auto-renewal, unless you expressly cancel the plan by giving at least one month notice in advance, prior to the date of expiry.
2. What is included in the Plan?
Your 6-month membership plan includes the following:
21 classes at one of our venues, to be organised across the span of 6 months;
5% discount off our SSS uniform
Free access to our Skills Tutorial app
3. Fees:
a. Date of Payment: Your monthly membership fees shall become due on the first day of each month, unless agreed otherwise by us, either in writing or on the phone with one of our representatives.
b. Automatic Renewal: You agree to a 6-month membership plan from the date of confirmation. After the expiry of the 6 month period, your 6-month plan shall be automatically renewed and will keep renewing perpetually after the expiration of each 6-month plan, unless you cancel your membership by giving at least one-month advanced notice to us prior to the renewal date, either by email or phone.
c. Commencement of Membership: If you enrol your child during the course of a month, you will be charged only for the remaining lessons of that month. Your membership plan will commence on the first day of the following month.
For example, if you enrolled on 18th January and there were two more classes remaining in January, you will be charged for those two lessons only and your membership will commence on the 1st of February.
d. Monthly Payments & Breakdown of costs: The monthly membership fees are designed to accumulate the cost of 18 lessons in a 6 month period, and then divided into 6 monthly instalments to make it affordable and convenient to our customers. Therefore, you will be charged a fixed monthly fee and this includes those months where there may be no lessons, but also includes those months where there may be more lessons to compensate for the months in which there are fewer or no lessons.
As an example, each class under the 6-month plan is charged at £16.57. There are 21 classes organised across the span of 6 months. The total membership fee therefore equates to £347.94. This fee is divided over 6 monthly payments of £57.99.
e. Rates & Discounts: The determination of fees shall depend on the number of students a customer chooses to enrol on our programme. If a customer chooses to enrol two or more students, then they shall be entitled to a proportionate discount based on our calculations.
f. Joining Fee: All membership plans are subject to a one-off joining fee of £35 which covers your registration and set-up fees. The Joining Fee is collected together with your first payment. Discounts are provided for bookings with multiple students. Discounts are provided for bookings with multiple students. The determination of fees shall depend on the number of students you choose to enroll in our classes. If a customer chooses to enroll two students, then they shall be entitled to a £5 discount per child. If a customer chooses to enroll three students, then they shall be entitled to a £10 discount per child.
4. When we can cancel this agreement
This agreement shall be liable for immediate cancellation on the occurrence of any of the following events:
a. Your child has been expelled from the soccer school for misconduct.
b. The child’s parent(s), guardian or supervisor is expelled from the soccer school for misconduct.
5. Termination
a. You are prohibited from cancelling your membership plan during the 6 month period.
b. You may terminate your membership plan by giving us at least one-month prior notice of your intention to terminate, before the expiry of 6 months, either by calling our team on 020 72052723 or emailing us at admin@sambasoccerschools.com. Please note that failure to give 1-month prior notice shall result in the automatic renewal of your plan to another 6 Month Plan, and this cycle of auto-renewal shall remain in operation for perpetuity.
6. Charges
We charge the following fees, in addition to the regular monthly fees:
a. *£10 administration fee if you do not make your monthly payment on time.
b. *£50 administration fee if you cancel your mandate with your bank during the subsistence of your membership period without informing us. This does not include the payout fee. See section 7.
7. Payout
a. You are permitted to cancel your membership plan at any point provided you pay out the remaining months of your contract. As an example, if you have completed 3 months of your 6-month plan of £57.99 per month and decide to cancel, you must pay the remaining 3 months balance of £173.97 to close your account.
b. We do accept that there may be exceptional circumstances exempt from this policy. In these cases, you must write to us at admin@sambasoccerschools.com. We will review this and make a decision within 7 working days.
8. Refund Policy
You are entitled to cancel your membership plan and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 7 days of your confirmation email from us.
9. SSS Uniform
It is compulsory for each child to wear our uniform during their classes. Compulsory clothing items include;
1. SSS T-shirt
2. SSS Shorts
3.SSS Socks
Additional items are optional but are advised especially if your child’s lesson takes place outdoors.

You will receive a 5% discount on your total order by entering the discount code (provided by us in your booking confirmation email and welcome SMS) at checkout.

GENERAL
Cancellation of Sessions
Samba soccer sessions are only cancelled if the facilities are closed by the venue provider, or if lightning or heavy rain exists during classes taking place outdoors, or if the trainer is medically unfit. You will be notified via text message on the day the session is taking place (or earlier) if your lesson will be cancelled. In the event of cancellation due to any of the aforesaid reasons, the lesson will be added to the end of your membership when you decide to cancel. No refunds will be offered. Term Dates
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to keep up with the soccer school term dates. The term dates are published on the ‘Find a Class’ section on our website www.sambasoccerschools.com/
Contact Details
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to inform us of any changes to their contact details including their email address or phone number. Failure to do so may result in key notices not being delivered including any possible class cancellations.
Absence
Samba Soccer Schools do not offer any refunds or credits for students who are absent from classes unless in exceptional circumstances as referred to in section 7b.
Newsletter Subscription
By signing up for our classes, you will be automatically subscribed to our newsletter list where we shall provide you with the most up to date offers, updates and news stories.
Consent for Photographs and Videography
By enrolling your child on our classes, you accept that photographs and videos may be taken during our sessions. These videos and photos may be used in future publications such as Samba Soccer leaflets, flyers, websites, social media and other promotional material. If you would not like your child to be included in any photos or videography, you must write to us via email at admin@sambasoccerschools.com.
Photography at our sessions
Parents are permitted to take photos during our sessions only for the purposes of that personal use, family or household affairs as specified by Section 36 of the Data Protection Act 1998.
The SSS Skills Tutorial App
Your membership includes free access to our Skills Tutorial app. Each ability group have their own syllabus of individual ball mastery skills and core 1v1 movements. These skills are presented as video tutorials in the app giving students the opportunity to practice a specific movement over and over.
When you become a member, you will automatically receive an email with clear instructions on how to access the app. You will also be sent a unique username and password. If you decide to cancel your membership, you will also lose the right to access the app.
Zero tolerance policy
Samba Soccer Schools operates a zero-tolerance policy on racism, bullying or intimidation. Any instances of this behaviour may lead to expulsion from the course and no refund will be offered. Furthermore, the soccer school reserves the right to remove any disruptive children or parents from the course.
Personal Property & Responsibility
Neither the Soccer Schools, Coaches nor the host venue will accept responsibility for any loss or damage during the course, whether to person or property. Samba Soccer Schools shall not be responsible for any children left unsupervised outside of our class hours.

As an example, each class under the 12-month plan is charged at £13.71. There are 42 classes organised across a span of 12 months. The annual membership fee, therefore, totals to £575.88. This fee is divided over 12 monthly payments of £47.99.

a. Arrival:
Please arrive 10 minutes early for each day of the camp. Please also ensure you arrive on time to collect your child at the end of each day.
b. What to bring
Please ensure that your child brings the appropriate footwear for the camp. Normal trainers or astroturf trainers are acceptable. Children are also advised to bring plenty of water and a snack.
c. Cancellation of Camp
Samba soccer camps are only cancelled if the facilities are closed by the venue provider, or if lightning or heavy rain exists during the camp, or if the trainer is medically unfit. You will be notified via text message on the day the session is taking place (or earlier) if the camp will be cancelled. In the event of cancellation due to any of the aforesaid reasons, a refund will be provided for any missed days.
d. Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellations made within 14 days prior to the course start date will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for any cancellations made 7 days prior to the course start date.
