6 Month Plan - Terms and Conditions

1. Term:

The 6 month plan runs for 6 months from the date of your first full monthly instalment and will automatically renew at the end of this period. If you wish to prevent this renewal, you must provide a minimum of one month's notice before the end of the initial 6 month term.

After the initial 6-month term, the membership will automatically renew for a further 6 months. Following the completion of this second 6-month period, the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis. Once on this rolling plan, a minimum of two months’ notice is required to cancel.

2. What is included in the Plan?

Your 6-month membership plan includes the following:

20 classes at one of our venues, to be organised across the span of 6 months;
Exclusive access to our end-of-year tournament! All details will be sent to you at the start of the Summer term, along with an RSVP form.

3. Starter Pack

Ordering the Samba Soccer Schools Starter Pack is mandatory for all new members and includes the following:

SSS Full Uniform (T-shirt, shorts, and socks)
SSS 'Sambola' Skills Ball
'Skills Tracker' Book
String bag

The Starter Pack fee is £120, reduced to £60 if you sign up within 24 hours of your trial (or where otherwise permitted). Payment for the Starter Pack will be automatically collected via Direct Debit 3–5 working days after signing up unless otherwise requested. To order your starter pack, follow the directions above or in your welcome text.

4. Fees:

First Payment: The first payment will be collected automatically via Direct Debit 3–5 working days after signing up unless otherwise requested. If there are classes remaining in the month, then you will pay the pro-rata fee for these classes, as well as the payment for the starter pack.
Date of Payments: Your monthly membership fees shall become due on the first day of each month unless agreed otherwise by us, either in writing or on the phone with one of our representatives.
Automatic Renewal: You agree to a 6-month membership plan from the date of confirmation. At the end of the initial 6-month term, your membership will automatically renew for a further 6 months unless you give at least one month's advance notice. After completing the second 6-month term, the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis.
Commencement of Membership: If you enrol your child during a month, you will be charged only for the remaining lessons of that month. Your membership plan will commence on the first day of the following month.
For example, if you enrolled on 18th January and two more classes remain in January, you will be charged for those two lessons only, and your membership will commence on the 1st of February.
Monthly Payments & Breakdown of Costs: Membership fees are calculated to cover the cost of 20 lessons over a 6-month period, divided into 6 equal monthly instalments. You will be charged a fixed monthly fee, which applies to all months, including those with no scheduled lessons or with additional sessions arranged to balance the programme.
As an example, each class under the 6-month plan is charged at £18.60. There are 20 classes organised across a span of 6 months. The membership fee therefore totals £371.94, divided into 6 monthly payments of £61.99.
Rates, Discounts, & Offers: Fees depend on the number of students enrolled and/or the number of hours per week selected. Customers enrolling multiple students or selecting multiple weekly hours may be entitled to proportional discounts. Promotional offers apply only to enrolments made within the specified offer dates, and unless explicitly stated, only one offer may be applied per enrolment.
Tournament: Our Summer Tournament is exclusive to Samba Soccer Schools members. It will take place in August, with full details sent at the start of the Summer Term. To attend the tournament, a £15 cover charge must be paid via an RSVP form. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. When can we cancel this agreement

This agreement shall be liable for immediate cancellation on the occurrence of any of the following events:

Your child has been expelled from the soccer school for misconduct.
The child’s parent(s), guardian, or supervisor is expelled for misconduct.

6. Termination of Membership

Early Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; however, cancelling before the end of your 6-month contract requires paying the remaining balance. Example: If you have completed 3 months at £61.99 per month and choose to cancel, the remaining balance of £185.97 (3 months) must be paid.
Exceptional Circumstances
You may request an exemption by emailing admin@sambasoccerschools.com. Decisions are made within 7 working days.
Termination at the End of the 6-Month Term
You may end your membership at the end of the 6-month term by giving at least one month's notice. Notice must be given by calling 020 7205 2723 or emailing admin@sambasoccerschools.com.
Automatic Renewal
If no notice is received before the end of the initial 6-month term, the membership renews for a second 6-month term. During this second term, one month's notice is also required to stop renewal. After the second term ends, the plan transitions to a rolling monthly membership.
Notice Period for Rolling Memberships
Once on a rolling monthly membership, two months’ notice is required to terminate. The notice period always includes full monthly fees. Example: If you submit notice on April 5th during the rolling period, your final payments will be May 1st and June 1st.
Valid Cancellation Methods
All cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing admin@sambasoccerschools.com or calling 020 7205 2723. Informing a coach or missing sessions does not count as valid notice.

7. Charges

We charge the following fees in addition to the regular monthly fees:

*£5 administration fee if you do not make your monthly payment on time.
*£50 administration fee if you cancel your Direct Debit without informing us. Cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your membership. Fees remain due unless proper notice is provided.
£15 admittance fee for the Summer Tournament.
Starter Pack fee of £120 (reduced to £60 when eligible). See section 3.

8. Payout on Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any point, provided you pay out the remaining months of your contract. For example, if you have completed 3 months of your plan at £61.99 per month and decide to cancel, you must pay the remaining 3 months’ balance of £185.97.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered. Requests must be emailed to admin@sambasoccerschools.com.

9. Refund Policy

Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email. After this period, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions under any circumstances.
Membership Renewal: If your membership renews automatically due to insufficient notice, no refunds will be provided—even if you do not attend sessions—because all sessions remain available to you.

10. Credited Sessions

If a session is cancelled due to bad weather, venue issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be added to your membership. Credits can be redeemed for additional sessions at the end of your membership term at no extra cost.

Credits are not offered for absences unless in exceptional circumstances. Credits must be requested before your membership renewal date. Credits cannot be claimed if the membership is cancelled before the end of the agreed term.

11. Freezing the Membership

If your child cannot attend sessions for an extended period due to injury or other exceptional circumstances, you may request to freeze your membership for up to two months. After this period, the membership will automatically resume.

12. SSS Uniform

It is compulsory for each child to wear our SSS uniform during classes. Compulsory clothing items include:

1. SSS T-shirt
2. SSS Shorts
3. SSS Socks

Additional items are optional but recommended for outdoor sessions. All extra items incur a charge. Uniform orders can be placed through our online shop here. For more information, visit www.sambasoccerschools.com/uniform .

13. GENERAL

Cancellation of Sessions Sessions are only cancelled if facilities are closed, if lightning/heavy rain occurs during outdoor sessions, or if the coach is medically unfit. You will be notified by text message. Cancelled sessions are credited. See section 10 for more info.
Changes to Sessions Occasionally, session times or venues may change due to venue requirements. Indoor classes may move outdoors during exam periods. If your session is moved outdoors and you choose not to attend due to weather, you may request a credit by emailing admin@sambasoccerschools.com.
Term Dates It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to track term dates, available at www.sambasoccerschools.com/find-a-class . We will also send text reminders at the start and end of terms.
Contact Details You must inform us of any change to your phone number or email address. Failure to do so may result in missed communications, including class cancellations.
Absence No refunds or credits are issued for absences unless exceptional circumstances apply (see section 7b).
Newsletter Subscription By signing up, you will automatically be added to our newsletter for updates, offers, and news.
Consent for Photographs and Videography Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for use in promotional materials. To opt out, email admin@sambasoccerschools.com.
Photography at Sessions Parents may take photos or videos for personal, family, or household use only, as permitted by Section 36 of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Zero Tolerance Policy There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for racism, bullying, or intimidation. Offenders may be expelled immediately with no refund.
Personal Property & Responsibility Neither the school nor the venue is responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. We also do not supervise children outside class hours.
Change of Fees Fees may be updated in future periods. Any increase will be communicated at least 25 days in advance.
Offers and Discounts By signing up, you will receive newsletters containing offers and discounts. Offers apply only at the time of booking. Call 020 7205 2723 to learn more.

After the 12 month term has ended, the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis. Once on this rolling plan, a minimum of two months' notice is required to cancel the membership.

As an example, each class under the 12-month plan is charged at £15.60. There are 40 classes organised across a span of 12 months. The annual membership fee, therefore, totals £623.88. This fee is divided into 12 monthly payments of £51.99.
Rates, Discounts, & Offers: The fees for our programmes are determined by the number of students a customer chooses to enrol and/or the number of hours per week selected. Where a customer enrols two or more students, or selects multiple hours per week, they may be entitled to a proportionate discount as calculated by us. Any offers or promotions are only available for enrolments made within the specified dates of the offer. Unless explicitly stated, only one offer or promotion may be applied per enrolment.
Tournament: Our Summer Tournament is exclusive to Samba Soccer Schools members. It will take place in August, with full details being sent to you at the start of the Summer Term. To attend the tournament, you must pay a £15 cover charge via an RSVP form that will be sent to your email closer to the time. Please note that there are limited spaces, so bookings will be done on a first come, first-served basis.

5. When can we cancel this agreement

This agreement shall be liable for immediate cancellation on the occurrence of any of the following events:

Your child has been expelled from the soccer school for misconduct.
The child’s parent(s), guardian or supervisor is expelled from the soccer school for misconduct.

6. Termination of Membership

You may cancel your membership plan at any time; however, if you choose to cancel before the end of your 12-month contract, you must pay the remaining balance of your plan. For example, if you have completed 3 months of a 12-month plan at £51.99 per month and choose to cancel, you will be required to pay the remaining 9 months’ balance of £467.91 to close your account.
Exceptional Circumstances
We recognise that there may be exceptional circumstances in which the remaining balance requirement may be waived. In such cases, you must submit a written request to admin@sambasoccerschools.com. Your request will be reviewed, and a decision will be provided within 7 working days.
Termination at the End of the 12-Month Term
You may terminate your membership at the end of your 12-month term by providing at least one month’s prior notice before the renewal date. Notice may be given by calling our team on 020 7205 2723 or by emailing admin@sambasoccerschools.com.
Automatic Renewal
If you do not provide the required one month’s notice before the end of the initial 12-month term, your membership will automatically renew and continue on a rolling monthly basis until valid notice of termination is received.
Notice Period for Rolling Memberships
Once your membership has entered the rolling monthly phase following the initial 12-month term, you are required to provide two months’ notice to terminate your membership. The notice period will always include full monthly payments; fees will not be prorated based on remaining sessions. For example, if you submit your cancellation notice on April 5th during the rolling period, the final payments will be taken on May 1st and June 1st, after which your membership will be cancelled.
Valid Cancellation Methods
All cancellation requests must be submitted directly to our head office by emailing admin@sambasoccerschools.com or by calling 020 7205 2723. Informing a coach, missing sessions, or communicating through any other channel will not be accepted as a valid cancellation request.

7. Charges

We charge the following fees in addition to the regular monthly fees:

*£5 administration fee if you do not make your monthly payment on time.
*£50 administration fee if you cancel your Direct Debit with your bank without informing us. Cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your membership and fees will remain due unless proper notice is given. This does not include the payout fee – see section 8.
£15 admittance fee to the Summer Tournament. See section 4.

8. Payout on Cancellation

You are permitted to cancel your membership plan at any point, provided you pay out the remaining months of your contract. As an example, if you have completed 3 months of your 12-month plan of £51.99 per month and decide to cancel, you must pay the remaining 9 months' balance of £467.91 to close your account.
We do accept that there may be exceptional circumstances exempt from this policy. In these cases, you must write to us at admin@sambasoccerschools.com. We will review this and make a decision within 7 working days.

9. Refund Policy

Cooling-Off Period
You are entitled to cancel your membership plan and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email. After this 7-day cooling-off period has passed, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions under any circumstances.
Membership Renewal
If your membership renews automatically because a cancellation request was not submitted within the required notice period, no refund will be provided. This applies even if you have not attended any sessions during the renewed period, as all sessions have remained available for you to use.

10. Credited Sessions

If a session is cancelled by Samba Soccer Schools due to bad weather, venue issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be added to your membership. These credits can be redeemed for additional sessions at the end of your membership term at no extra cost.

Credits are not offered for students who are absent from classes unless in exceptional circumstances as referred to in section 8b. To redeem credits, you must request them before your membership renewal date. Credits cannot be claimed if the membership is cancelled before the end of the agreed term.

13. GENERAL

Cancellation of Sessions Samba soccer sessions are only cancelled if the facilities are closed by the venue provider, if lightning or heavy rain exists during classes taking place outdoors, or if the coach is medically unfit. You will be notified via text message on the day the session is taking place (or earlier) if your lesson will be cancelled. In the event of cancellation due to any of the aforesaid reasons, the lesson will be added as a credit. See section 10 for more info.
Changes to sessions Sometimes, SSS classes will be forced to change either time or facility to accommodate the venue we hire. We will always do our best to keep the session running at the same location, with indoor classes sometimes moving outdoors, especially during exam periods. Should your sessions be changed to outdoors and you do not wish to attend due to bad weather, please email admin@sambasoccerschools.com and you will be entitled to a credit.
Term Dates It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to keep up with the soccer school term dates. The term dates are published on the ‘Find a Class’ section on our website www.sambasoccerschools.com/find-a-class. Once the user locates their class, they will be presented with the full year's term dates. We will always send you a text regarding the starts/ends of the term.
Contact Details It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to inform us of any changes to their contact details, including their email address or phone number. Failure to do so may result in key notices not being delivered, including any possible class cancellations.
Absence Samba Soccer Schools do not offer any refunds or credits for students who are absent from classes unless in exceptional circumstances as referred to in section 8b.
Newsletter Subscription By signing up for our classes, you will be automatically subscribed to our newsletter list where we shall provide you with the most up-to-date offers, updates and news stories.
Consent for Photographs and Videography By enrolling your child in our classes, you accept that photographs and videos may be taken during our sessions. These videos and photos may be used in future publications such as Samba Soccer leaflets, flyers, websites, social media and other promotional material. If you would not like your child to be included in any photos or videography, you must write to us via email at admin@sambasoccerschools.com.

Personal Property & Responsibility Neither the Soccer Schools, Coaches nor the host venue will accept responsibility for any loss or damage during the course, whether to person or property. Samba Soccer Schools shall not be responsible for any children left unsupervised outside of our class hours.
Change of Fees Samba Soccer Schools reserves the right to review and adjust membership fees for future periods. Any fee increase will be communicated to members at least 25 days in advance.
Offers and Discounts By signing up for our courses, you will automatically be placed on our newsletter list where you can keep up to date on our latest offers and discounts.
