    Here are the answers to some of our frequently asked questions.

    Valid for the first 14 days after sign up, using the refer-a-friend scheme can earn you a free month’s membership at Samba Soccer Schools. When your friend makes their first booking, you will receive a free month.

    It’s super simple. There are two ways you can refer a friend: 
 1. Share your link. This can be done via email, Facebook or WhatsApp. Alternatively, you can copy and paste the link.
 2. Use your name. Your friend can type in your name when prompted during registration to claim their reward.

    Not at all! The more people you invite the bigger the reward you receive! The more friends you refer, the more months you get free!

    We’ll pause your subscription for one month and allow you to continue attending our classes.

    Unfortunately, our referral program is only for new referrals on sign up. Prior recommendations and referrals are not eligible for the referral scheme.

    Simply fill out the referral form above with your details and the name of the person who referred you. Alternatively, you can call us on 0207 205 2723 or email admin@sambasoccerschools.com, and our team will be able to help.

    The referral offer works on a 1:1 parent (family) basis. For each successful referral, the referring family receives one free month as a thank you. The offer is applied once per referral, regardless of how many children the referred parent signs up. This means that even if a parent you refer enrols multiple children, the referral reward is still issued on a one-to-one family basis. The referred family does not receive a free month as part of the referral.

    Of course! Once your friend completes the form above, we’ll be in touch to book their free trial. If a class is full, we’ll try our best to accommodate them or add them to the waiting list. If they sign up for the membership straight away, your referral reward will be applied immediately.

    • The friend or ‘Referee’ should be a new customer who has not previously been a member of our soccer school in the past.
    • In order to be applicable, the ‘Referee’ must quote the ‘Referrers’ full name via the online form.
    • Should a booking that is made via a recommendation be cancelled within 7 days, the offer will be deemed null and void.
    • This offer cannot be redeemed if the referrer's details were not mentioned before referee's the trial takes place.
    • Samba Soccer Schools reserves the right to terminate, amend, or extend this promotion at any time.
    • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
