Samba territories are not all the same — they’re tiered based on existing revenue, number of active venues, and growth potential.
What Every Tier Includes:
- 4–5 active venues with trained coaches and established member base
- £120,000 average annual turnover from weekly classes alone
- £7,000–£10,000 typical monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- £35,000 average annual net profit (before growth channels)
- Additional revenue not included above: holiday camps, one-to-ones, parties, tournaments
- Every region covers a population of 100,000+ children (ages 4–14)
Full breakdown of the territory tier, financials and expected profit margin is provided after your application is submitted.
Initial Investment:
- Investment ranges from £15,000–£25,000, depending on the tier of the territory assigned.
- Higher-tier territories (with more venues and revenue) sit at the upper end of the range.
Service Management and Royalty Structure:
To ensure long-term success and fairness, we use a sliding service fee model.
- Fees start higher in Year 1 due to the setup, support and onboarding required.
- They reduce each year over the first three years as operations stabilise and goodwill increases.
- Across all tiers, this ranges approximately between 25% down to 15%, with exact percentages dependent on the territory’s tier.
Funding Support
We help you secure government-backed startup loans (subject to eligibility) and provide guidance on setup costs, forecasting, and cash flow management.
