What happens when a class is cancelled?

If a class needs to be cancelled due to weather conditions, venue closure, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.

You can expect to receive a text message from us the night before the lesson at the earliest, or up to two hours before the class begins at the latest. In some cases, we may not be aware of an issue until our coaches arrive at the site, but we will always try to inform you as soon as possible.

So what happens to the cancelled lesson?

At Samba Soccer Schools, we ensure that all members receive the full number of lessons included in their membership plan.

Each membership package contains a set number of sessions.

If a session is cancelled due to adverse weather or another unexpected reason, we will credit that lesson to the end of your membership period. If you choose not to renew your membership, we will ask you to keep attending classes to replace any lost sessions due to cancellations.

We keep track of all cancelled classes and any outstanding sessions owed to members.

This policy applies only to classes that we cancel. It does not apply to missed classes due to personal absences, except in exceptional circumstances.
