Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes early for each day of the camp. Please also ensure you arrive on time to collect your child at the end of each day.

What to bring

Please ensure that your child brings the appropriate footwear for the camp. Normal trainers or astroturf trainers are acceptable. Children are also advised to bring plenty of water and a snack.

Cancellation of Camp

Samba soccer camps are only cancelled if the facilities are closed by the venue provider, or if lightning or heavy rain exists during the camp, or if the trainer is medically unfit. You will be notified via text message on the day the session is taking place (or earlier) if the camp will be cancelled. In the event of cancellation due to any of the aforesaid reasons, a refund will be provided for any missed days.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer cancellations made within 14 days prior to the course start date will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for any cancellations made 7 days prior to the course start date.

Contact Details

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to inform us of any changes to their contact details including their email address or phone number. Failure to do so may result in key notices not being delivered including any possible cancellations.

Absence

Samba Soccer Schools do not offer any refunds or credits for students who are absent from the camp unless in exceptional circumstances.

Consent for Photographs and Videography

By enrolling your child in our holiday camp, you accept that photographs and videos may be taken during the training. These videos and photos may be used in future publications such as Samba Soccer leaflets, flyers, websites, social media and other promotional material. If you would not like your child to be included in any photos or videography, you must write to us via email at admin@sambasoccerschools.com.

Photography at our Holiday Camp

Parents are permitted to take photos during our camps only for the purposes of personal use, family or household affairs as specified by Section 36 of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Zero tolerance policy

Samba Soccer Schools operates a zero-tolerance policy on racism, bullying or intimidation. Any instances of this behaviour may lead to expulsion from the holiday camp and no refund will be offered. Furthermore, the soccer school reserves the right to remove any disruptive children or parents from the camp.

Personal Property & Responsibility

Neither the Soccer Schools, Coaches nor the host venue will accept responsibility for any loss or damage during the holiday camp, whether to person or property. Samba Soccer Schools shall not be responsible for any children left unsupervised outside of the course.
