1. Tournament Payment

Tournament fees will be automatically deducted within 3-5 working days after the booking has been made. This will be collected from the Direct Debit that you currently have active with us. The early bird price is £10 + VAT, valid until 30th June. After this date, the standard tournament fee of £15 + VAT will apply.

2. Eligibility

This tournament is only available to active members of Samba Soccer Schools. If you do not have an active Direct Debit at the time of the tournament, your child will be removed from the register and will not be permitted to attend. Similarly, if the payment for the tournament booking fails, your child’s place will not be confirmed, and they will not be added to the register. The student attending must be the same child whose details are submitted on the online booking form. Children whose names are not on the register will not be allowed to take part in the tournament.

3. No Refund Policy

By signing up for our summer football tournament, you agree to our strict no-refund policy. Once payment has been made and your place confirmed, we are unable to offer any refunds, including in cases of cancellation or non-attendance.

4. Arrival and Departure

Participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. All players must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Samba Soccer Schools is not responsible for the supervision of children outside of tournament activities.

5. Dress Code – Samba Soccer Schools Kit

All players must wear the full Samba Soccer Schools uniform. If you need to purchase kit, use discount code SSSTOURNAMENT for 30% off.

6. What to Bring

Players must bring:

• Weather- appropriate clothing – e.g., sun cream, hats, or waterproofs
• Water- To stay hydrated throughout the day
• Important: Only AstroTurf trainers or sports trainers are permitted.
• Football boots with studs are not allowed.

Students arriving in studded footwear may not be allowed to take part due to health and safety concerns.

7. Contact Details

Parents or guardians must ensure that Samba Soccer Schools has up-to-date contact information, including mobile number and email. Failure to do so may result in missed communications about changes or cancellations.

8. Consent for Photographs and Videography

By signing up, you consent to your child being photographed or filmed during the tournament. These images may be used by Samba Soccer Schools in promotional materials, such as social media, flyers, and our website. If you do not consent, please notify us via email at admin@sambasoccerschools.com before the event.

9. Photography at the Tournament

Parents may take photos or videos of their own children for personal use only, in line with Section 36 of the Data Protection Act 1998.

10. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Samba Soccer Schools enforces a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Racism
• Bullying
• Aggressive or intimidating behaviour

Any parent or player found in breach of this will be removed from the event with no refund. We also reserve the right to remove anyone disruptive to the safety or enjoyment of others.

11. Personal Property and Responsibility

Samba Soccer Schools and venue staff cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Children should not bring valuables. We are not responsible for children left unattended before or after the tournament.
