1. Term:
The 6 month plan runs for 6 months from the date of your first full monthly instalment and will automatically renew at
the end of this period. If you wish to prevent this renewal, you must provide a minimum of one month's notice before
the end of the initial 6 month term.
After the initial 6-month term, the membership will automatically renew for a further 6 months. Following the completion
of this second 6-month period, the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis. Once on this rolling plan, a
minimum of two months’ notice is required to cancel.
2. What is included in the Plan?
Your 6-month membership plan includes the following:
- 20 classes at one of our venues, to be organised across the span of 6 months;
- One free SSS Uniform (T-shirt, shorts, & socks);

Exclusive access to our end-of-year tournament! All details will be sent to you at the start of the Summer term,
along with an RSVP form.
3. Fees:

First Payment:
The first payment will be collected automatically via Direct Debit 3–5 working days after signing up unless otherwise
requested. If there are classes remaining in the month, then you will pay the pro-rata fee for these classes, as well
as the payment for the starter pack.

Date of Payments:
Your monthly membership fees shall become due on the first day of each month unless agreed otherwise by us, either
in writing or on the phone with one of our representatives.

Automatic Renewal:
You agree to a 6-month membership plan from the date of confirmation. At the end of the initial 6-month term,
your membership will automatically renew for a further 6 months unless you give at least one month's advance notice.
After completing the second 6-month term, the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis.

Commencement of Membership:
If you enrol your child during a month, you will be charged only for the remaining lessons of that month. Your
membership plan will commence on the first day of the following month.
For example, if you enrolled on 18th January and two more classes remain in January, you will be charged for those
two lessons only, and your membership will commence on the 1st of February.

Monthly Payments & Breakdown of Costs:
Membership fees are calculated to cover the cost of 20 lessons over a 6-month period, divided into 6 equal monthly
instalments. You will be charged a fixed monthly fee, which applies to all months, including those with no scheduled
lessons or with additional sessions arranged to balance the programme.
As an example, each class under the 6-month plan is charged at £18.60. There are 20 classes organised across a span
of 6 months. The membership fee therefore totals £371.94, divided into 6 monthly payments of £61.99.

Rates, Discounts, & Offers:
Fees depend on the number of students enrolled and/or the number of hours per week selected. Customers enrolling
multiple students or selecting multiple weekly hours may be entitled to proportional discounts. Promotional offers
apply only to enrolments made within the specified offer dates, and unless explicitly stated, only one offer may be
applied per enrolment.

Tournament:
Our Summer Tournament is exclusive to Samba Soccer Schools members. It will take place in August, with full details
sent at the start of the Summer Term. To attend the tournament, a £15 cover charge must be paid via an RSVP form.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. When can we cancel this agreement
This agreement shall be liable for immediate cancellation on the occurrence of any of the following events:
- Your child has been expelled from the soccer school for misconduct.
- The child’s parent(s), guardian, or supervisor is expelled for misconduct.
5. Termination of Membership

Early Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; however, cancelling before the end of your 6-month contract requires paying the remaining
balance. Example: If you have completed 3 months at £61.99 per month and choose to cancel, the remaining balance of
£185.97 (3 months) must be paid.

Exceptional Circumstances
You may request an exemption by emailing

Decisions are made within 7 working days.

Termination at the End of the 6-Month Term
You may end your membership at the end of the 6-month term by giving at least one month's notice. Notice must be given
by calling 020 7205 2723 or emailing
admin@sambasoccerschools.com.

Automatic Renewal
If no notice is received before the end of the initial 6-month term, the membership renews for a second 6-month term.
During this second term, one month's notice is also required to stop renewal. After the second term ends, the plan
transitions to a rolling monthly membership.

Notice Period for Rolling Memberships
Once on a rolling monthly membership, two months’ notice is required to terminate. The notice period always includes full
monthly fees. Example: If you submit notice on April 5th during the rolling period, your final payments will be May 1st and
June 1st.

Valid Cancellation Methods
All cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing
admin@sambasoccerschools.com
or calling 020 7205 2723. Informing a coach or missing sessions does not count as valid notice.
6. Charges
We charge the following fees in addition to the regular monthly fees:
- *£5 administration fee if you do not make your monthly payment on time.

*£50 administration fee if you cancel your Direct Debit without informing us. Cancelling your Direct Debit does not
cancel your membership. Fees remain due unless proper notice is provided.
- £15 admittance fee for the Summer Tournament.

Starter Pack fee of £120 (reduced to £60 when eligible). See section 3.
7. Payout on Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any point, provided you pay out the remaining months of your contract.
For example, if you have completed 3 months of your plan at £61.99 per month and decide to cancel, you must
pay the remaining 3 months’ balance of £185.97.
Exceptional circumstances may be considered. Requests must be emailed to
admin@sambasoccerschools.com.
8. Refund Policy

Cooling-Off Period:
You may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email.
After this period, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions under any circumstances.

Membership Renewal:
If your membership renews automatically due to insufficient notice, no refunds will be provided—even if you do not
attend sessions—because all sessions remain available to you.
9. Credited Sessions
If a session is cancelled due to bad weather, venue issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be
added to your membership. Credits can be redeemed for additional sessions at the end of your membership term at no
extra cost.
Credits are not offered for absences unless in exceptional circumstances. Credits must be requested before your
membership renewal date. Credits cannot be claimed if the membership is cancelled before the end of the agreed term.
10. Freezing the Membership
If your child cannot attend sessions for an extended period due to injury or other exceptional circumstances, you may
request to freeze your membership for up to two months. After this period, the membership will automatically resume.
11. SSS Uniform
It is compulsory for each child to wear our SSS uniform during classes. Compulsory clothing items include:
- 1. SSS T-shirt
- 2. SSS Shorts
- 3. SSS Socks
Additional items are optional but recommended for outdoor sessions. All extra items incur a charge. Uniform orders can

12. GENERAL

Cancellation of Sessions
Sessions are only cancelled if facilities are closed, if lightning/heavy rain occurs during outdoor sessions, or
if the coach is medically unfit. You will be notified by text message. Cancelled sessions are credited.
See section 10 for more info.

Changes to Sessions
Occasionally, session times or venues may change due to venue requirements. Indoor classes may move outdoors during
exam periods. If your session is moved outdoors and you choose not to attend due to weather, you may request a
credit by emailing

Term Dates
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to track term dates, available at
www.sambasoccerschools.com/find-a-class
. We will also send text reminders at the start and end of terms.

Contact Details
You must inform us of any change to your phone number or email address. Failure to do so may result in missed
communications, including class cancellations.

Absence
No refunds or credits are issued for absences unless exceptional circumstances apply (see section 7b).

Newsletter Subscription
By signing up, you will automatically be added to our newsletter for updates, offers, and news.

Consent for Photographs and Videography
Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for use in promotional materials. To opt out, email
admin@sambasoccerschools.com.

Photography at Sessions
Parents may take photos or videos for personal, family, or household use only, as permitted by Section 36 of the
Data Protection Act 1998.

Zero Tolerance Policy
There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for racism, bullying, or intimidation. Offenders may be expelled immediately
with no refund.

Personal Property & Responsibility
Neither the school nor the venue is responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. We also do not supervise
children outside class hours.

Change of Fees
Fees may be updated in future periods. Any increase will be communicated at least 25 days in advance.

Offers and Discounts
